Project: PSAP Navy Track Rehab Project
Client: Puget Sound & Pacific Railroad/RailAmerica
Scope of Contract: RailPros Field Services provided Project Management Services for the Puget Sound and Pacific (PSAP) Railroad over the contractors on the Navy Bangor Subdivision Rehabilitation Project. The project consisted of laying new 115# CWR rail, replacing ties, turnouts, and upgrading existing grade crossings and track surfacing. We conducted pre-construction meetings, material coordination and distribution, and kept an accurate inventory. This project was completed within time and budget restraints.
